Trader Joe's had .50 dozen eggs so I bought 6 dozens. I plan on freezing them. I read on line to mix the yolk and egg white and then to put them in a cupcake pan. Basically 1 egg per cup. To defrost, you let the pan sit in warm water for a few seconds and then take them out and put in freezer bags.
Is this how you guys do it? Or is there a better way?
