some things are ok in the right amounts, the hard part is making sure you don't get too much. balanced diet with variety is usually the recommended approach vs. supplements.As someone pointed out, "organic"and "natural" doesn't mean "good for you". Cyanide is organic, Arsenic is natural.
or you can go the pious route and say you are trying to see if your place is good for a hermitage or monastery ... actually, i'm not far from a happy hermit anyways. up until last week i'd only been away from the house twice in four months and that isn't far from normal (going out about twice a month is about normal). now i've been out three times the past few weeks.
