today there was a bake sale at the library. i was proud of myself for only having one small item. it all looked pretty good to me - my sweet tooth would have been happy with one of each or multiples. i mean rice-krispy-treats can be eaten by the hundreds as they are mostly air anyways or at least that is what i keep telling myself...

no, i don't really go through life like that. it's not enjoyable to me to be massively overweight so i have to have some self-discipline.

with the amount of stuff that i like and the constant baking here if i didn't keep a lid on the pie hole i'd be needing a crane to get out of my comfy perch. and that's not how i want to live...

now that it is winter season i have to lighten up on feed (1000-2000 calories a day most days unless i'm shovelling a lot more) in the gardening season i don't worry about it as much and eat mostly what i want.

since i do have an emotional eating habit i'm aware of it when i do it and keeping some peanuts on hand can be a good thing.
