I have never heard of the Baker's Creek catalog before? Does it carry cheddar cauliflower and purple cauliflower seeds?

They carry purple cauliflower. I bought Purple of Sicily and have been harvesting it! It is so good and it stays purple even after cooking.GardenGeisha said:

Baymule, I'm not sure of the variety. Your's look a lot greener than the ones I grew. Mine were green with a yellowish tint and were knobby like. And as I remember they had spots on the hulls. When you shelled them the insides were like cotton or kind of spongy with the beans separated by an inch or more. The first batch I picked were young, nice and slender and looked like they were going to be something special. Teresa sauteed them Asian style in sesame oil with almond slivers. They were beautiful on the plate but when you went to eat one, Fugheddaboudit!! They was nasty. They even made the almonds taste bad.

Jim, try the Thai #3, you'll be glad you did........or maybe not, they are outstanding producers! You might get as sick of green beans as I was! 
They are tender, stringless, great saute'd, steamed, in soups or stir-fry. You really should try some. Haha, then you'll be posting THE GREEN BEANS THAT TOOK OVER THE GARDEN!

BayMule, I'll put them on my list that I'm going to send in tomorrow. One more shot because I do like beans. Just about any kind of beans. You got your beans and rice. And red beans and shrimp. Chili beans. Butter beans. Pinto beans. Starting to sound like Bubba Blue of Forrest Gump fame... Pork and beans. Refried beans. Black beans with pork. Somebody stop me now...
