the last dog we had would chew certain rocks. she would dive in the pond to retrieve it if you threw it in. she'd also jump up into the tree to get the rock down if you put it up there.

My big black dog Carson, has a squeaky toy. He knows it squeaks. He likes the squeak. But he is so soft mouthed, that he has never bitten down hard enough to make it squeak. He has a sock toy. I tied socks together that I wore holes in, and he carries it around, sleeps with it and will play fetch with it. He always drops his toys inside and never takes them outside. He takes such good care of his toys!
