Dogs to feel safe with
During a time with people about too visit my home about my friends death in the raging heat we had going on. An unannounced gas meter inspector turned up, while I was desperately trying to get everything prepared in my home.
This should not happen (we used too have letters or a call) but apparently it's what we now have to expect.
I couldn't believe the amount of pressure piling up on me, so wasn't exactly relaxed as the door knocked. As nice as this guy was, I found it unnerving too have an unannounced man at my door instead of the people I was expecting.
Well Nancy decided this just wasn't going to happen, pushing past me in the living room she started causing chaos.
I was afraid she get out of my gate but thankfully this man as I already said, he was a really nice guy. He'd not only shut my gate but managed to coax her back indoors and apologised before, saying, "this is obviously not a good time", and insisted on leaving
Nancy has improved no end with door knocks, but likely picked up on my stress. I honestly believe if this guy had been a bad guy she would do her best to defend me.
I called and complained to my energy supplier, leaving me in such a vulnerable position having to expect unannounced unidentified people arriving at my door.
Majing no apologies, they said that outside companies are now permitted to do these home visits, without contacting their customer
IMO, I see this as leaving the perfect opportunity; once the corrupted learn of this information for further attacks.
