I have added more to the herb garden...here is what has been added..

chocolate mint
Apple mint

thai basil
lime basil

I love all my herbs...chocolate mint and lemon verbena are the top favorites with the different basil varieties a close third!

We are slackers, huh? :gig

I have:
chives
greek oregano
basil
thyme
sage
chocolate mint
pineapple mint

I find I always need more chives and rosemary. I think I will buy a few plants because I don't want to divide mine and reduce output while it grows back.

Basil
Parsley
Peppermint
Curly Spearmint
Chocolate mint
Grapefruit mint
Sage
Cilantro
Dill
two varieties of rosemary
four varieties of thyme
Chives
Two kinds of scented geraniums

I have a new one to add to my list....

Texas Tarragon :D
You're going to love that Texas tarragon. Did you know it is actually a perrenial marigold native to Mexico? (Tagetes lucida) Try splitting a chicken breast and layering some of it inside before grilling it. A truly unique taste.

This is my first year gardening... really, so I have a lot of catching up to do.

So far:
spearamint
peppermint
lemon balm
sweet basil
chives
dill

I hoped to grow lemon grass but I guess Colorado isn't humid enough and gets too cold or something. Only found one nursery that sells it and they recomend it stay inside. But i think my 6 are a fair start for a first year.
edited to add dill, how did I forget dill?

I just scattered some hysop seed but I put it in my sanctuary strip for my butterflies and nectar loving predator wasps. Not to say I won't have some tea from it also.
I also scttered some horehound against my retaining wall where the ground is too poor for much else. I don't know if I'll ever use any but it keeps things in place and nectar sippers like it..
