When I was 12 our tv broke and dad didn't replace it. We read a lot and played Aggravation and Uno in the evenings.
But boy was I lost at school when the talk involved tv references!

We bought a television when dh and I had been married 10 years.
Sometimes I wonder if that was wise.

I knew what you were talking about though, because people at work talk about tv all the time!

... and here I thought that work was a place to produce a useful product ! Not someplace to jabber about a useless non sence .
