How late can I move my perennials?

I pretty much want to move everything! But it's mainly phlox, echinacea, black eyed susans, and shasta daisies. You're probably right about doing it when I can, as opposed to "should." :) That's a good rule of thumb. I was thinking that moving them as late as possible will save me some watering & worrying.[/QUOTEIrt
It is still very hot here. I would wait until the worst of the heat was done. But you still must water a few times a week.
