Overall dimensions are 24" x 27" x 74" give or take 1/2 ".

Ha, I bet it is already gone. I paid $500 for my light stand back in the 70's. Mine has light fixtures for both florescent and incandescent bulbs that you can move up and down, chrome stand on wheels and only has three tiers.
