Had to look up rock wool insulation 2 things I like after quick reading is it helps sound proof ( barking dogs) not attractive to rodents sending my contractor email about it.

Of course, it looks a little better off the trailer ... but, ya know ...

the window shutters are decorative only and can be purchased. The cupola might cover a roof vent but I bet it can be purchased. The gable in the roof ... it would probably be fairly simple to remove the double doors and bump out the wall, replacing the doors and building a gable roof above. The resulting looks would be about the same as first picture.

2. install insulation, including the doors and underneath<cover that with heavy plastic>
3. install vinyl flooring<if your going to use it for breeding/birthing
4.for the walls if your doing #4 would put this up..easy to clean,comes in plenty of colors

5. prime the exterior and use a good quality paint...

never use plastic for anything. we have plastic electrical switch
and plug boxes and they are bad.

I’ve mentioned this before.

When I was a little kid, we had absolutely nothing in the house that was plastic... Except, .... the Bakelite plugs on the electrical cords ;). (The cords themselves were sheathed in cloth.)

Plastic has its place, even if I didn’t really know what it was then.

And, those electric devices: radio, lights ... sure was different from grandma telling stories endlessly after rubbing two sticks together to start a fire, night after night.
