Flowerbug, I went to the face book page, this is yesterdays post.
As all of you know, this has been an extremely emotional past five days. There are no words to express how grateful my Family and I are for each and every one of you that has touched Alex's life. Coming together to help find homes for his animals; sharing stories, thoughts, prayers; your kindness and overwhelming support has been so incredibly helpful to us in this difficult time. To know Alex was to love him - and he has definitely left with a piece of all of our hearts

I'm so sorry to read this. I don't visit garden sites much in the winter months so I've not been on here much, but I recall that Nyboy had helpful and kind words for me when I first joined The Easy Garden just last year. This is a sad loss for sure.
