Receipts for garden purchases since 1971, Nyboy? That's where mine start, the year we were married and built our first house together. And yet, I can lose a receipt for something I bought yesterday . . . and find it again in another 20 years. Sigh!

Red you found the order form !! My mother was like that, once the city of White Plains decided to make some money by going after old parking tickets. Some of the old tickets where from over 10 years pasted. Many people claimed tickets where paid long ago, the judges would not hear any cases about these tickets, you had to supply proof they where paid.Everyday the newspaper printed letters from people, some didn't even own the type of car the tickets was written for. Of course I got a notice on 2 tickets from like 8 years passed. The date would have had me 17 years old living at home. My mom went to her files and pulled out canceled checks !!!!!!!

I sure wish I was 1/2 as organized as your Mom!
