Peppers

Please nag, nag.nag. Still too early for good seed.
Oh I will, don't worry. Thanks in advance though.

My son and I were making chili today, and I decided to use some peppers from the garden. Used 2 nice big green bells, and told my son to grab the big sweet banana pepper, almost 8 or 9" long. I cut it open and then across, and popped a big chunk in my mouth. SURPRISE! NOT a sweet pepper! I did manage to tolerate it, my son did too with a glass of milk. Put a homemade jalapeno in and half that long banana pepper, and still the chili wasn't overly hot at all. I was afraid to put another jalapeno in for fear it'd make the whole batch too hot for the wife and daughter. How many jalapenos do you normally use in an 8 quart batch of chili?

our chili is so mild i can barely taste the chili. so i have to add hot sauce for my own bowl.

when making chili for myself there's nothing else in it than chilis, meat, flour, water, garlic.

Wife just got home from a 3 week trip to Grenada. I had asked her to bring me some seed from her sister's boyfriend's garden, and she brought me this. I'll send you some seeds in exchange for yours.

Must be good peppers, because that sure is some expensive seed. :epI'm assuming the price is not in U.S. dollars? That looks very similar to Aji Cristal.

Think it's in Grenada currency which is EC. About 2.2 EC to one USD. Still expensive compared to what I buy.

Anyone have a clue as to what sort of peppers these would be? I don't recall planting anything like these.
