According to an article I found on the NRA website, every time there is a mass killing people rush out to buy up all available ammo, afraid the government will ban it from being sold. It took me over a month to find one box of .22 longs. I really wanted shorts but those were impossible. The factories are operating at max capacity and don't want to expand.

Not sure is it legal to mail ammo? 22 magnum is impossible to get, I did ask if other 22 ammo could be used and was told NO

handguns are good if you can get them out, and only good if you know how to use them... close and personal
personally love a good short barrel semi auto 12ga with double o/o mag shell's ..devastating they will not get up..

Around here the only 22 ammo that's in short supply is 22 long and 22 short. I guess that's because there's not much call for them and even though mfg's are making ammo at a pretty good clip, they don't want to set up their lines for things there isn't a big demand for.

I always assume mine are loaded until I check them, even though I know if they are loaded or not.
