with lamb being so expensive

A recent gatherings of politicians and local ag used the increased price of lamb in recent years as an example of a desired route to go for all farm products.

Besides higher food prices, it just looks to this layman that places like eastern Washington are better suited for sheep than cattle. Even, better suited for grazing than so many acres in annual wheat production.
