Seed train like on BYC?

Awwww ... I finally got some seeds to swap. I've been so wishing to join the train. Now I'm not sure what's going on?

Anyways ... In preparation for when I can participate :) how do you know how much to offer? I have only a few extras of some, more of others, but I don't want to limit the variety I can offer. I don't want anyone to feel cheated either. So how can I tell what's fair? Or should I combine, say several types of pepper or tomato? I can package them separate and just send 2-3 types so the next person gets enough?

As for what to offer, I try to make sure my offer is at least worth the price of a stamp :D

You could give people the choice of picking 2 packets if the packets are small. If I only have a few seeds of something, I put down how many.

Unfortunately, I don't need basil or cress and I think castor is toxic to goats, so I guess I'll have to wait.

I have a question since this is the first time I have been involved in a seed train. If the list gets stopped by a post that no one wants anything off of. How long do we wait befor we jump over that person or is that even how we do it? Someone please explain.

Can you tell I am getting antsy? lol
 
I guess I was antsy too ... I was more concerned tho that someone asked what kind of basil and unless it was in pm, it wasn't answered. So I was kinda worried that it was stopped altogether?

If I knew what kind of basil I might be able to use it, but I already have some basil so I'd only be able to use certain kinds.
