So, it's October

October is my FAVORITE month. I love the cool nights, the changing leaves, and the clothing layers I could do w/out the 80 or even 70 degree days. I feel at my best when it's in the 60s or below. I'm still finding ladybugs and praying mantis out and about... it's a beautiful time of year!

I would have to agree with you on all but the COLD weather statement. I do not do cold well. 60-70 is fine with me. Gets in the twenties and lower and I am a popsicle.

October is my favorite month also! That's why we got married in October. This anniversary we are going up to our cabin for a week and remodel a bathroom and paint. Great anniversary present!

October is my favorite month!!! I love how it feels, smells, looks and sounds! Around here it's just a gorgeous time of year....

I can get so much work done at this time of year due to the cooler days without the humidity of summer. Makes me feel so alive and blessed!

Not quite, Steve. That's Canaan Valley, WV, in Tucker County in all its fall splendor. There are many, many scenes much like this one here in this state.

Here's a pic or two I took this past weekend...this is Germany Valley in Pendleton County, WV....this valley has not yet started to change, but when it does it will be spectacular.

There's a reason they call this place "Almost Heaven".....
