Somehow, It's Funny that Way

@digitS' would carrots count? well, yes, they do count extra as they do have more calories, but i had to eat them up as they were old and needed to be put in the chili i had for breakfast and lunch yesterday and dinner the day before...

today for linner i found something to really fit my cravings for fat and sweet, i had a few pieces of homemade bread (tiny pieces) and put peanut butter on them (several tablespoons) and then put some brown sugar and cinnamon on top of that. very satisfying (then, now i'm hungry again :) )... glass of water would be the best thing i could do right now but i'm not sure i can avoid some cheese and crackers and hot sauce.

oh, good, i cut up some apples yesterday and they were enough of a detour to avoid the other things... *whew!* :)
I drank cider vinegar and water in hopes of killing off some of that sugar in my chocolate last night

it won't magically make calories go away, but if you are drinking water with some ACV in it then that means you're not drinking something else with even more calories... :)
I've started using honey in my tea porridge and in the occasional cakes I bake. It may not be less on my waist band but I feel it's healthier .

🤔 I wonder if i could make my own chocolate with honey

I bet you could! When I run out of chocolate I mix up organic cocoa powder, powdered sugar, and olive oil. If you want the chocolate to harden up better, use coconut oil instead of olive oil. I have seen honey as a chocolate bar ingredient before. The brand of chocolate was Honey Mamas.

Perfect, I hope that works. I'm betting that set honey would be good to
