Nope! My sheep are not wool sheep. They have hair and don’t need shearing. Much easier to care for!

Are they Dorpers?

They are Katahdin sheep. I like the slick hair, shed out and no docking of tails. Plus they come in all colors and patterns.
A friend came over yesterday evening to pet sheep. I put a lawn chair in the night pen for her to sit on and the ewes gathered around her to be petted. She was enchanted.
