It scared me a little. But in saying that many cats are daring and scare me with how they climb 🤔

I wouldn't want to risk it, but then if there was an emergency it could come in handy

if you could use a small lightweight carrier instead that could be rigged to have the door open that you close with a piece of fishing line so that the kitty would be secured and not able to panic in case of something happening (a bird or squirrel goes by? who knows? stuff happens...) train kitty to go in the carrier and perhaps even to lock the door behind itself. then you'd not need the fishing line and latch and rigging... just thinking here. :) noodling. :)

p.s. i also enjoyed how the video actually reflected the title of this thread. :)

Good thinking 👍

Cat's are clever. I'm sure many of them could be trained easily if their owners created your suggestions . 😉

All that buoyant hair!

no, i'm not buyin' that. i can see the first bounce out of the smaller pool that perhaps the water was shallow enough for it to move the way it did, but once it came out of that area and into the other one that is a bigger and deeper pool and i don't see how it moved the way it did without there being some sort of cover or perhaps the steps were shallow enough and i couldn't see them, but...
