I'm with Red and Carol, no pretty sunrise or set, or even SUN for about a week, til Friday or Saturday!

I'm a little late posting, my sunrise on Saturday ... of course with my wooded horizon it looks a little like a forest fire.

Looking out for the sunrise or sunset really makes me stop to appreciate the pretty skies, Kassandra, thanks!... now if I can just remember to take my camera with me, out of the woods.

It does look a little forest fiery, but I love the oranges and purples, pretty soon you won't be able to see through the "dressed" trees.

Yes, you do, Lavender. My eastern view is spoiled by neighbors, while my south is covered in scruffy woods on either side of a gully. I'll need to walk out into the back field early some morning for a picture worth posting.
