Today's sun set/rise around the world

I have a ladder up against the back (west) of the house so I can get sunset pics. My longsuffering husband has learned it is pointless to even try.

They're definitely keepers, that's for sure.

We've been having some odd weather lately so the great sunset could go hand in hand with that. We had the biggest hail storm that anybody around the area's ever seen just Tuesday night. I'm glad my peas were barely up or else they would have gotten pounded.

These weren't from today, but from a month ago. Just found them when I uploaded all the stuff from my camera.

This one's a sunrise...

And I thought this sunset was neat because it had such an odd cast to it. The day had been very cloudy, but the sun burst through on the horizon right at the end. I kinda expected to spot a few fairies hanging around.
