Tree with white flowers

Those look like Spirea flowers the more I look at them. I wonder if it is a species cross of 2 species of Spirea. Vanhouten would be one of the parents.

Hey Nacho, I think I found it! I believe what your friend has is Chinese privet ( Ligustrum sinense ).

Oh man! I'm too late! I took one look at the pic and said that's a privet! Here in the south, they are a nusiance plant. My DH HATES them and will attack them with a vengence. I have one growing by the dog's pen and it smells delicious (I won't let him cut that one) but he conplains that it is seeding itself all over the property! LOL!

You are right about the second one image that it is a Loral tree. It is looks better which grow very nicely. I think that you have used the huge amount of hydroponic light on it which is a best option for the better growth of it in the environment.
