I feel almost guilty here because we had a relatively good day today after days of a heavy storm. This evening is good and hoping tomorrow will be fine.

Weather is different from one side of the hill, to the other.

I sometimes feel sorry for the many days of overcast weather, the UK experiences. Then, you sometimes have terrible storms slamming into your coastlines.

the rain gauge yesterday said two inches(4-5cm) of rain. very much needed and appreciated.

Weather is 13 feels like 12. Constant rain since this morning. Dark gray/black clouds earlier now just an all over mist.

We are fine this morning, the storm is skirting the edge of the county. It is calm and still here, no rain.

Thanks for asking, Bay. For me both storms are pretty much a non-event. Winds in the 20 to 30 mph range maximum and very little rain. You see that devastation at the state line and see why you need to prepare and why you take them seriously, but I dodged these.

Have you lost power? Any signifigant damage?
