What can be grown in pots?

Strawberries do great in pots, although I have to restart them each spring. But that's a small price to pay to actually have berries, I think. If I plant them out, it seems that the mice, rabbits or whatever, beat me to them just about every time.

Has anyone had any luck with dwarf fruit trees? They'd be potted at my house.
