Time to revive this thread, I think!

Tonight we had pork stir-fry over brown rice noodles with baby bok choy (thinnings), snow peas and green onion. DH is very sad that there were no leftovers.

How about you guys... Whatcha got cookin'?

    Buttercup squash pie :)!

    Hey. Whaaat o_O?

It was from my garden ...

I did have a nice serving of orach and sausage last night for dinner!

    Hey. Whaaat o_O?

It was from my garden ... I planted that seed 12 or 15 years ago! I can't help it if the orach likes to volunteer to grow there. ( I did sow some new seed this spring. Right now those seedlings are just sitting there, fanning themselves with their morning newspaper, saying, "Sure looks like it's gonna be a hot one!")

I am having some chopped cilantro and green onions on my chili and rice for my 9:30 lunch ...

    :) Steve

Well they weren't cooked but I had plums, strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries while I was out checking the garden. :)

The cucumbers in the greenhouse are starting to come on strong. I was a few cucumbers short for making a small batch of garlic dill pickles, but I just can't wait to taste one, so I decided to go ahead and make a batch.

Ah, one can only dream, but I have had enough visits from the FEDS to last a lifetime, after my olive tree episode.
