This sounds delicious! I'm not a huge fan of cauliflower, especially raw, but this is a tasty way to dress it up... thanks!Made a low carb "potato" salad using the one and only cauliflower I got of decent size, hard boiled duck eggs from our Campbells, some of last years homecanned dill pickle relish, celery (store bought- I can't seem to grow that), and rat tail radish seed pods... with mayo and home made dijon mustard. Yummo!
