@flowerbug, think about visiting an Asian market. I will recommend methyl salicylate from Wintergreen. Salonpas (from Japan) might do the job for you but I would go with an oil and personally prefer Hysan. Rub the oil on but stop rubbing just as soon as you feel some heat. Don't take the rubbing too far .

Star Trek: Strange New World S2Ep9 Status Report

This episode is a musical, and it really makes my day!

I loved Season II of Star Trek: Strange New World – it's the best Star Trek series I've seen! Besides the space adventures, the show really focuses on facing your past. It's about dealing with what's stuck, and once you do that, you're free to keep going on your journey. It's fantastic!

Star Trek has always been known for defying conventions and breaking rules, and I'm thrilled to see that tradition upheld while still embracing creativity. The creators have done an exceptional job. Kudos!

When Spotify played this song, I am working in the garden, and the sun just beautifully dyed everything with such a warm and golden tone. I have to stop and sing this song.

So far, this is my favorite version, and it reminds me not only the days as a soprano in college chorus, but also how blessed I am with my life now.
