what's your winter time favorite.

About a month ago, my wife purchased a pork loin. I cut it up into 3" and 6" pieces then sent them to freezer camp. Does anyone have a good recipe for a 3" ( or I can cut it in half for chops ) so that I can make a great :fl meal for my wife tonight after her radiation treatment ? :)
 
Slice it into chops, smear lightly with mayonnaise. Sprinkle with parmesean cheese, Italian breadcrumbs and garlic powder. Bake at 350 until done, about 20 to 30 minutes.
 
Now I could go for a good plate of Lokshen Kugel. I haven't had any for years!
