Harvested jalapenos & green peppers. Mrs. Ranch selected 14 of the biggest to stuff with ground brisket mixed with onions & rice. The rest were processed for vacuum packing & then frozen for later use with fajitas.

The japs were stuffed in our normal way for supper tonight.

Well that sounds delicious w_r, your garden is really cranking it out again this year. How long will the pepper plants keep producing? Around here they just get going then the season ends.

Same here. Keep thinking I will repot one & bring in for winter. Keep thinking, no doing....

Yesterday I harvested some cucumbers, tomatoes & green beans for our mail lady. Threw in some extra potatoes, onions & green peppers as well.

This morning I harvested more jalapenos that will be stuffed for our supper tonight.
