Heating up again.
Humidity ... I took a look at the recent days in Lansing, Michigan. (That's kind of "mid-Michigan, USoA" and in one of theTEG gardener's neck of the woods
.) Never below 57% humidity in Lansing on those recent days.
Our recent hot → mild days, during the morning's coolness, (55°f this morning), the humidity was 55%. On that 97°f afternoon, the humidity was 18%. As they say (only partly correct), "it's not the heat, it's the humidity." It is also partly correct to say that the cold feels more cold in higher humidity. ... I'd sure like to see some rain on our horizon! We absolutely can do without any lightening but a half inch of rain over 12 hours would likely be of considerable benefit.
Steve, buttoning up the house before 9AM as the outdoors temp rises above 70f (21C)
