being old school have never peed in the garden before, so took some of yours advice a while back and went to town.....

and you thought i would really do that in my garden.....
dw got out this morning before the humidity was unbearable and did a very nice harvest....
she portioned out the peas and froze them and the yellow beans we will eat, nothing like sauteed beans...

finally the striped armenian cucumbers are popping.

this morning harvest
the zucchini is slowing down but the cucumbers are coming on full force..
second round for some red potatoes.. couple eggplants for grilling tonight and a few green tomatoes for frying tomorrow.

the blue lake pole beans are doing nothing but vining so they are going to get pulled later today.

scoop out the seeds and stuff.....google "stuffed cucumbers"

couple of my favorites.
cucumber rings stuffed with crab .... cold
cucumber rings stuffed with shredded mexican chicken and cheese added on top then placed in the oven on broil till cheese is melted... served on a cold plate.

Major' knows how to use them ... in ways that would never have occurred to me .

Armenian cucumbers aren't cucumbers. They are Cucumis melo, so melons! But, the flavor is like a cucumber, Cucumis sativus.

spinach....

What do you use for fertilizer? I have never been able to grow spinach like that. Amazing garden.
