that area use to be the employee break area, hence the pile of block in the fore ground<that was a great stress outlet demolishing that wall...>
as for the coke machine it was left in the building when the furniture maker closed their doors back in may 2013, and yes it has been unplugged since then and it is full, we are waiting on coke to come out and remove it, why i do not know why they are going to need one once up and running...

we did remove the old snack machine.. over 3 years the mice had their way with what was left in the machine....

well that was a fun week..
hung and wired a transformer, load center. between running the wire hanging and running conduit that was 2 days was send the wrong plugs so waiting on them to show up this weekend so when i go back next week can finish this project...
all this just to run 3 machines...

started on what should have been an easy finish they fired the employee that was doing this remodel <easy they said over the phone yeah right> got there it's a nightmare of a cob job....
he did do a couple things right and then he covered up things and did not say anything...
one of two beams that were rotting to late to replace them now since the new metal was installed, only thing i could do is add a new one, at least it runs the whole length

have to finish this one next week.

had to rip out all the cob patch work he did, instead of using full sheets he pieced it together , gaps everywhere looked like s-it

glad i did rip all his work out there was no insulation, really theres a whole bale of new r-19 good way to freeze the sprinkler lines.
and he riped down all the electrical as well guess what yup will have to rewire that room now as well...grrrrrrrr

we do not know if he did put insulation in the back wall guess i might have to pull a sheet off and find out....
still need to frame in a old door and cover it.
the best part is talked the owner out of putting in 27.00 a sheet paneling in the room, just going to primer and paint it now....

plus still need to finish the metal on the out side as well...grrrrr and have to remove all the air lines that i put up in the other building a couple years ago so they can put the building on the market....

got home around 2 yesterday the owner called why you home? well i was not planning on a job like this and i did not bring any tools to repair this cob job., and there was nobody to help me, you do want me to do this the right way?......yes

oh by the way once your done here i need to go to the Charlotte store and install a 8 cage tire inflation system like you built in graham... grrrrrr

i love my job....come on power ball
