Some here also throw garbage. But we have a good cleaning. We teach children to throw garbage in therubbish bin.

See, it's the Dutch there in Dutchess County! Or, as @Larisa says, "Hollanders."

I think it might have been a Dutch mother who came out of the door of the supermarket just the other day and allowed her little girl to peel the bag off some snack and just drop it there in front of the door.

I know about these people. My family was from the "low countries" and I have a Dutch surname. They arrived before these were the United States. (Therefore, I claim a native colonist essence.) They did litter the landscape with offspring from one side of the continent to the other ... but, that is something else, entirely.

I don't think that's a very accurate representation. Some places are sure to be worse than others, but kind of a broad brushstroke don't you think?
People are people the world around. Some are conscientious and some are not.

People are people but density of people changes us. In school, they called it the "rat effect".

Weathertrend360, predicts warmer than normal until last week of October-then turns colder for winter. Nothing extreme though. Last week of December, warmer than normal. Then back to colder.
