Who is starting seeds indoors this season?

Right about the old lettuce seeds. I have a LOT of lettuce sprouting from 3 days ago when I replanted. Onions don't like the light, so I think I'll try some in my upstairs windows this weekend.

I had my onions in light and they germinated beautifully.

Could be the seeds, again. I was referring to my gro light, brand new. Tried to get LED but they didn't carry them. This is first effort to start onions early. New package, Walla Walla seeds, so we'll see if they like one of my upstairs "suicide windows." My blooming red geranium, Boston fern, white wax begonia and my Amaryllis sure like the south facing suicide window.

I used to. Now I go online and pick out seed based on the pretty pictures on the website.

Yes but, I have found the seeds sold in stores are not as good. Year after year I get sucked into buying giant red pepper burpee seeds at home depot. Many times only one seed will germinate. I finally e-mailed burpee and complained and they wanted me to show a receipt for a couple dollars worth of seed. No more seeds from the store for me.
