Having Coffee

Nope, I never drink coffee after 12:00 noon and no more than 2 10oz cups a day. I hardly sleep as it is ,caffeine might only make it worse.

i used to be pretty bad at falling asleep but then i practiced Tai Chi for a few years and that fixed it to where i conk out pretty quick now.

caffeine withdrawal headaches keep me away from coffee as a habit, but once in a while i'll have a mug for a change. y'all can probably tell because my message count per day would double. :) that or chocolate...

I just figured the coffee hadn't kicked in yet, and @digitS' would eventually get around to saying something.:idunno

Coffee gives me the "Saturday morning headache" too, since that is the only day I "detox". Wish I could give it up, but it is the antidote to the mid-morning head nod at work, so I'm stuck with it.:th

Ah, ok, I wondered what could have went wrong with a thread on coffee.

I dialed my coffee consumption way back last summer, and the coffee I did have was decaf.
I noticed less of a tendency to be twitchy.

I've managed to work my way back up this winter, and have been getting a higher percentage of the high octane mixed in. I try not to pay attention when I'm measuring decaf and regular. If I distract myself, I may not notice that extra tablespoon or two of the good stuff. :hide

When my days get busier I'll back off again. It's just nice to have a good hot cup when it's cold out.
