Will spring ever come?

This is what greeted me when I opened the door to let the dog out at 5:30 a.m. today April 9th

At least it is melting fast and the predictions are for temps in the upper 60's by Friday

Dunno. Snow last night and possibly some more tonight. Not much, but it doesn't feel like almost mid-April. At LEAST I can still prune my fruit trees bc NOTHING has budding out late. Is there a volcano somewhere that has erupted and nobody has reported on it bc it doesn't involve Washington D.C.?!?!?!?!?
