are you buying it? i'd love 10 acres. 160 is more like it, but i don't have a cool million handy.
Yup. We're dropping the kids off with her sister for the day and the movers will be here at 8:30. The weekend will then be full of obtaining a chicken coop, buying a riding mower and picking up 6 apple trees I had on order

About 20 years ago a friend moved from Cal. to Hawaii. Then he purchased 10 acres of undeveloped land and planted coffee trees. Here come the lava . So check out potential hazards that may befall you and plan for it. :old

Sprig if you were closer you could come and get all the stuff you wanted for free. all sorts of plants/flowers/groundcovers/etc. we always have way too many.

@SprigOfTheLivingDead , that is great news ,good for you guys. What kind of apple trees are going to plant?

I have Haralson, Ductchess of Oldenberg, Lodi, Arkansas Black, Annie Elizabeth, Lewis Incomparable, and more that I can't remember right now. I'll put 12 in the ground in the coming week or so
