You guys are bad. Keeping clothes that you can't even stick your leg through! My husband had pants that he had for maybe 20-30 years! I made him go through his closet and get rid of them. Over 40 pairs of pants! :barnieWhy? Like he's ever going to wear them again? :th

I have a box of clothes that I packed to get back into after DD was born. I had brand new jeans and I have a sweater with the tags still on it. I was married for 6 months and DH and I were working, joined a gym and I was feeling good and then pregnant. By the time I got to my first doctor appointment I was 8 weeks and had already GAINED 20 POUNDS. I just thought I would have a baby and fit into my clothes again. lol

I am still walking, and will have weight loss by Saturday weigh in and the other happening or not happening news is DD's due date for baby has come and gone. She was due Sunday, so now clock is ticking. I have said from the beginning they had her a week ahead, so in my mind this coming Sunday will be 40 weeks. She is doing really good and getting around extra good, so I don't think she is late, but she thinks she is.

@Gardening with Rabbits , you can use Fitbit without a smartphone, you might be able to get the app on your computer not sure. Mine syncs using Bluetooth on my phone. You having a grandchild how exciting for you, it will change your life in a positive way. That is how I felt anyway, like a new or updated perspective.

I walked 15 minutes yesterday morning and this morning. I was googling around and saw how people who can walk faster live longer. Even older people 3 miles an hour I think I read should be a goal. I walked about half a mile in 15 minutes, so 3 miles if I was not limping would take me 2-1.2 hours I think. I am carrying a lot of weight. I have some gimpy pain in left hip, but I have a feeling I can get to walking pretty fast. I am not short of breath. I need to find a good place to walk this winter. I could make this a goal to walk 3 mph by this time next year. I am kind of shocked I am enjoying this walking.
If you have the space you can find cheap tread mills on craigslist. Just put them in front of your t.v. so you won't get bored. I couldn't read while on mine. Or place in front of a window. You can do a lot of thinking or planning.
