What a healthy and delicious meal! I made an egg burrito this morning with a homemade tortilla, garden chives, cherry tomatoes, rosemary, and thyme.View attachment 77155
A very common lunch/dinner/breakfast for us:
Leftover salmon from last night's dinner with garden veggies. Not shown was the chopped sweet onion, grated cheese and 5 eggs.
