I tried several types of incubators before I settled on Brinsea. I have 4 and they're great! I pretty much don't do anything but add eggs and water. lol

I've had a garden since way back when i bought my first house! Just got chickens a few years ago when we bought land.

Spray the area with blue cote, that should help a bit. You could always try taking the most aggressive of the hens away for a few days then putting them back. Sometimes it changes the pecking order just enough to stop the picking. Good luck!
