    Are you growing fodder for your chickens? That seems to be a hot topic. Seasonal uses of chickens in the garden.....it's time to let them pick the beds clean of old seeds and bugs for spring planting. Growing vegetable plants for feed (I relocate volunteer tomato plants to a separate garden)...

    incubator -what did you choose, why did you choose it

    I tried several types of incubators before I settled on Brinsea. I have 4 and they're great! I pretty much don't do anything but add eggs and water. lol

    We got frost last night! I pulled the rest of the banana peppers last night at 10pm, and cut all the parsley. I'll be processing all that today.     Pecking Chickens

    Spray the area with blue cote, that should help a bit. You could always try taking the most aggressive of the hens away for a few days then putting them back. Sometimes it changes the pecking order just enough to stop the picking. Good luck!
