We have to decide what is right for us. I live where insect bite can bring horrible disease. I was sick as a dog from Lyme disease. I know some one who will be in a wheelchair the rest of there life from it. A misquote bite West Nile or several other diseases. After finding a alive snake in my house I told pest company make my house glow so bright you can see it from outer space. Do what is right for you. If servin is what you feel is needed use it.

Looks like an army worm...

I'd venture to say, if a habanero doesn't kill it or deter it, nothing much will. I got nothin'...I've only seen these a couple of times in the garden and I kill them when I do, but I never had more than one at a time. If I did I'd likely be a little more desperate to find a solution.

I hope you find something that doesn't poison your soil as well as the worm.
