All the snow in my garden melted! I need to get busy planting tomatoes so they will be ready to set out. Lots to do! Steer goes to slaughter in 2 weeks, then getting 3 pigs. Picking up 50 Cornish Cross meat chicks Wednesday. It has begun!

DH got some tomatoes planted a LONG time ago! They are in 5 gallon buckets and one has blooms!

I actually talked to my husband about maybe getting a hobby farm in the future. He said "he'd think about it." If he does, I'd love to get a steer and some meat birds far from my house as well. I'm scared of pigs so no pigs for me!
