The spot is very flat. You could do the A frame again.

Yes that looks pretty flat. Not nearly as bad as I'd imagined. If you are sure where you want it to be, you could even pour concrete footings to level it, A-frame or glider, or level it with a shovel.

The picture must be a deceiving angel. I can see it.. but I've been pulling weeds in it for weeks.
In the picture, the lower right hand corner is roughly 2 feet higher than the corner where the porch meets the house.
When I sit in the chair I can feel the tilt. Not enough to feel like I'm going to flip over, but definitely uneven.

Good News (for anyone interested)
The arm rests have to go, two of the back board are cracked and need to be replaced - but the frame is SOLID! I've started sanding it and it's cleaning up really nice!!

Looks like the old swing will swing again!!!
