Chunky soup makes a gumbo, it is pretty good.

Last Friday, my wife and I had some clam chowder that was so thick that the tablespoon actually stand up when you just put the tablespoon tip into the chowder. And no, it wasn't all huge chunks of potatoes as it had about half amount of clams in it. Now THAT is some clam chowder.
