I have my 2 little granddaughters for the week and will pick up the 15 year old on Tuesday. There will be some cookie baking going on!

Grandson was looking forward to making cookies with Grandpa Sunday afternoon... but his Mom got sick, so thought it wise to cancel. All of our children are either sick now, or just getting over it, which will put a serious crimp in our Christmas plans. So I'll be baking an extra large batch of "comfort cookies" instead. Nothing special about them, other than that they tend to disappear quickly.
