I intend to give 2022 a good healthy kick on its way out, as my show of appreciation. Praying that 2023 treats us all gently.

2022 will be a hard one to top in so many ways. i'm pretty much hoping that overall things calm down, improve, people are better to each other, etc. more likely it will be a mix of ups and downs. in the middle of winter it can be hard to feel and see the warmer stuff.

I’ve been wanting orange chicken for over a week. I milled Painted Mountain corn and sifted some for the corn flour needed to make the batter. I made orange chicken today. It’s so yummy!

The original container is now carrying coffee beans.

Bingo, it's from Araucana. We had three of them, and this is from a pullet just started laying. Some eggs are greener, and some are bluer.
