Sylvie (or anyone), do you think I can grow wintergreen in full sun? I have 3 plants coming, but I'm nervous about it.
kellygirll- It likes a moist soil in partial shade. It is grown as a ground cover so perhaps under a shrub or tree with dappled shade that has the same neutral to acidic soil requirements? Another site would be where it receives morning sun, not the intense afternoon sun. In the wild it grows in hummus rich soil on the edge of wooded bluffs overlooking creek valleys. I can't provide that but try to come close.
It should come with some planting recommendations.

Yeah, that's what I thought, but sometimes a source suggests it can go up to full sun, but I was dubious. Thanks.
